Contractor Management

The communication between the organization and their contractors is critical to ensure hazards and precautions are understood.  The contractor module is designed to be an interactive method so the organization can convey information about the project to the contractor and the contractor can provide documentation that it can work to the standards needed for the project. This module has 3 primary components:

  • PreQualification
  • Project
  • History

PreQualification Features

Compliance - Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive contractor review during the selection process that meets the needs of obtaining qualified contractors and compliance.

General Information - Record contact information for the Person preparing the PQR.

Company Organization -  Enter Company Officers Information, Type of Service, Unions Revenue Information, Work History, Benefits Programs.

Safety Organization - Shows the Safety and Health organization and responsibilities.

Parent Company - Enter information if subsidiary of a parent company.

Legal - Show legal judgements, claims, suits, bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings.

Regulatory -  Show regulatory citations for previous 3 years.

Safety Performance - Enter Injury/Illness information for previous 3 years.

Insurance - Provides contractor insurance contact and insurance carrier information.

Commitment - Provide information on Safety Accountability, Resources and Performance Appraisals.

Training - Verifies the training topics provided.

Project Information - Contractor contacts, facility, start date, projected end date, end date.

Contacts - Enter primary contacts for the project.

Meetings - Record meeting dates, attendees and details.

Hazards - Enter hazards and precautions associated with project.

Personal Protective Equipment - Select PPE required for the project with checkboxes.

Evaluation - Conduct a post-project evaluation.

Approved Contractors - Shows a list of Approved/non-approved contractors automatically generated from the evaluation and sorted by type.

Project Features
